The training

Objectives

Développer une solide culture scientifique, technologique et humaniste, autour du vivant, de l’environnement et des grands enjeux de demain : biodiversité, paysage, alimentation, santé, agriculture, nouvelles technologies.
Apprendre à observer, analyser, expérimenter, développer son esprit critique et proposer des solutions.
Construire progressivement son projet d’orientation vers des études supérieures courtes ou longues, dans des domaines très diversifiés.

Rhythm

3 semaines de stages collectifs encadrés (éducation à la santé et au développement durable, voyage d’étude, visites d’entreprises).
5 semaines de stage sur les deux années, en entreprise ou en organisme, en lien avec le domaine technologique choisi, en France ou à l’étranger.

Further study

Ce baccalauréat tourné vers les sciences du vivant et les sciences humaines prépare à la poursuite d’études très diversifiées, dans l’enseignement supérieur court ou long, dans des écoles ou universités.

Il permet ainsi d’accéder, en fonction des niveaux et des aspirations de chacun :

à une prépa Technologie et Biologie, en vue d’une école vétérinaire ou d’ingénieur
à tous les BTS agricoles et à de nombreux BTS hors enseignement agricole (diététique, chimie, commerce…)
à de nombreux BUT (Génie biologique, Hygiène/Sécurité/Environnement, Génie chimique, Techniques de commercialisation, Gestion…)
à des écoles d’ingénieurs, notamment dans les domaines verts, avec des parcours adaptés
à des licences à l’université (biologie, sciences de la vie, environnement, géographie, sciences de la terre, chimie, sciences de l’éducation…)

Target audience

Le bac technologique STAV s’adresse aux élèves intéressés par l’environnement et par un bac équilibré tourné vers les humanités et les sciences. (Au choix de chacun, un approfondissement du côté du paysage, de l’agriculture, ou de la transformation alimentaire).

Prerequisite

Avoir suivi une Seconde Générale et Technologique, ou une Seconde Tremplin ou Pro+ de l’Institut, avec des résultats qui laissent envisager un passage en Première.

Access conditions

La pré-inscription en classe de 1ère se fait dès septembre sur rendez-vous.

Assessment methods

It is issued based on the results:

early exams at the end of the first year of the baccalaureate (French and Mathematics) and at the end of the final year, which account for 60% of the weightings,
school reports from the first and final years of upper secondary school, which account for 40% of the weightings
